Majene-Limasidik, Jalan utama menuju kampus Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Majene kembali ditutup menggunakan pondasi oleh Ahli Waris sebagai respon terhadap kegagalan Pemerintah Daerah membayar lahan tersebut pada Senin, 11/12/2023.
Sebelumnya, Ahli Waris memberikan batas waktu kepada pihak Pemerintah Daerah dan mengancam akan membangun pondasi jika pembayaran tidak dilunasi. Meskipun sudah diberikan waktu, pihak Pemerintah Daerah tidak kunjung melunasi kewajibannya.
“Harusnya tiga hari yang lalu kami mulai membangun namun, kami menunggu itikad baik dari pemerintah yang tidak kunjung datang,” ujar salah satu ahli waris.
Ahli Waris berharap agar pemerintah dapat menyelesaikan pembayaran sebelum batas waktu yang ditetapkan hingga 22 Desember 2023.
Salah satu mahasiswa STAIN Majene sangat menyayangkan akan hal ini, karena masalah jalan tersebut sudah berlangsung sejak lama.
“Pemerintah Daerah tidak betul-betul serius dalam menyelesaikan persoalan ini. Hampir 3 tahun masalah jalan ini tidak ada kejelasan. Seharusnya sudah ada solusi yang diberikan mengingat tenggang waktu yang diberikan sudah lama” ujar Rahman saat diwawancara via WhatsApp
