“Kita berharap STAIN Majene ini dibawah kepemimpinan Prof. Dr. Wasilah, ST., MT. dapat menjadi Universitas dan semoga nantinya segera dapat membuka fakultas ilmu-ilmu terapan”, ujarnya.
Sebelumnya Pj Gubernur Sulawesi Barat menyampaikan sambutannya sekaligus membuka acara secara resmi.
“STAIN Majene sangat berperan penting menjadikan Sulawesi Barat sebagai provinsi yang malaqbi, dan dapat mewujudkan itu semua adalah masyarakat yang ada di kabupaten Majene terkhusus mahasiswa baru yang sedang melaksanakan kegiatan PBAK ini”.
Senada dengan Pj Gubernur Sulawesi Barat, Ketua STAIN Majene, Prof. Dr. Wasilah, ST., MT. juga mengharapkan STAIN Majene dapat beralih status menjadi Universitas.
“Semoga STAIN Majene bisa segera beralih status menjadi universitas karena kedepan Insyaa Allah kita sudah buka program magister pada 2 prodi yakni Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan Hukum Keluarga Islam (HKI), kemudian program sarjana bertambah 3 Prodi lagi yaitu Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) , Bimbingan Konseling dan Ilmu Politik Pemikiran Islam”, harap ketua STAIN Majene.
PBAK STAIN Majene sendiri akhirnya diadakan secara luring di gedung Aula BPMP (Balai Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan) Sulawesi Barat.
PBAK STAIN Majene 2022 mengusung “Moderasi Beragama untuk Membangun Bangsa dan Mengukuhkan Kearifan Lokal” sebagai tema kegiatan.
