Pelaksanaan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Mahasiswa (LDKM) Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Tarbiyah dan Keguruan STAIN Majene yang berlangsung di lantai II Perpustakaan pada Jumat, (24/06) berlangsung ricuh. Salah satu Mahasiswa jurusan Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Protes karena LDKM yang diadakan oleh pihak Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan (HMJ) Tarbiyah dan Keguruan dianggap tidak konstitusional yang sebagaimana diatur dalam buku saku.
Panitia pelaksana LDKM telah menghimbau kepada seluruh mahasiswa Jurusan Tarbiyah dan Keguruan bahwa peserta yang ikut adalah perwakilan kelas, hanya ketua tingkat dan sekertaris, sehingga menjadi bahan kritis mahasiswa dan dianggap sebagai penindasan pendidikan karena dibatasi hak mereka untuk belajar.
Sebelum pembukaan, mahasiswa yang ingin ikut serta dalam LDKM mengaku panitia penyelenggara tidak mampu menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan kepada panitia sehingga sempat menimbulkan kericuhan antara pengurus HMJ, panitia, dan mahasiswa yang tidak diperbolehkan masuk.
“Kami menilai LDKM yang diadakan oleh HMJ gagal total yang diberikan amanah sebagai pengurus HMJ.” ujar Budiman, mahasiswa yang ditolak untuk masuk.
Sebagai respon, Sri Wahyuni Nadir selaku Ketua Umum HMJ Tarbiyah dan Keguruan memberikan penjelasan.
“Kami memberikan persyaratan sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada. Tenaga HMJ itu terbatas oleh karena itu kami hanya memilih Ketua Tingkat dan Sekertaris dan ini juga merupakan hasil kesepakatan internal HMJ Tarbiyah dan Keguruan. Semua kegiatan itu mempunyai target, batasan, dan aturan. Kami tidak mengikutkan mereka karena tidak memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan kami. Syarat dan ketentuan ini juga telah ditanda tangani dan disetujui oleh ketua jurusan yang bisa memperkuat statement kami.”, tuturnya.
Ketua HMJ Tarbiyah dan Keguruan juga mengatakan bahwa ditinjau dari AD/ART dan buku saku tidak ada poin yang merumuskan persoalan itu. Perumusan aturan-aturan HMJ kembali kepada lembaga masing-masing.
“Makanya kami kembali kepada penyelenggara, aturan apa yg ingin dipakai, selama tidak melanggar aturan yang ada. Intinya ini aturan internal kami dalam kepanitian LDKM HMJ Tarbiyah dan Keguruan. HMJ Ushuluddin Adab dan Dakwah juga punya aturan, HMJ Ekonomi Syariah dan Bisnis Islam punya aturan dan punya kesepakatan tersendiri. Semua punya batasan tapi regulasi dan aturan yang berbeda.
Bahkan tidak ada diskriminasi dengan sistem ini karena mengikutkan seluruh kelas walaupun kami hanya mengambil Ketua Tingkat dan Sekretaris.” tutup Sry Wahyuni Nadir.
